Refund Policy

Digital Fresher aims to provide our students with an enjoyable and inspiring educational experience by offering digital marketing courses. We are aware, nonetheless, that occasionally the circumstances can call for refund demands. Therefore, the terms and conditions under which reimbursements are issued are outlined in this refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Before the start of the course:If you choose to drop a course, you can do so with a refund and pay less for some deductions, as further outlined in this policy.

  • Technical issues: Should there be a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing your course materials or even finishing the course, you are entitled to a refund.
  • Duplicate charge: Should a mistake occur and you get two charges for the same transaction, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We reserve the right to reimburse your payments, excepting unusual scenarios in which your inability to access the course is due to a medical emergency or other similar reason.

2.Not eligible for a refund

We don’t give money back in the following circumstances:

  • Course completion: Upon passing a course and receiving a certification of any kind.
  • Partial course access: After you have downloaded a sizable amount of course content or seen over 25% of the course content.
  • Promotional Offers: Any payments made in connection with exclusive discounts on courses, vouchers, or special promotions. Unless otherwise noted, only a refund will be made for this.
  • Change of Mind: If you access the course materials, you are not eligible for a refund due to a change of heart or personal choice.
  •  Practical Projects: If you begin any actual projects or internships during this course, you will not be entitled for a refund.

3.Method of Reimbursement

To get your money returned, take the following actions:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@digitalfresher.com with your complete name, the specifics of the course, your payment information, and a statement explaining why you’re requesting a refund.
  • Review of Return Application: Upon receipt of your refund application, it will be examined in accordance with the applicable eligibility requirements. If more information is needed, we could get in touch with the customer.
  • Approval of Refund: We will complete the refund application within 7–10 business days if it is authorised. 

4.Refund Amount

Some of the following factors may affect the amount of the refund:

  • Processing Fees: The amount that will be reimbursed will be less a processing charge that is up to 10% of the total course price.
  • Course Access: The refund amount will be determined by the percentage of the course material that you have accessed, should that be the case.
  • Refund Processing Method: Credit cards or direct bank transfers are examples of the payment methods that are used to process refunds.

5.Cancellation By Digital Fresher

Should the Digital Fresher decide to cancel the course due to any issue, you have the following options:

  • Full Refund:Get a complete refund for the money you paid for the course.
  • Course Rescheduling: Move your registration to a later time slot or reschedule the course.

6.Refund Duration

A refund will be handled within 5–7 business days after the request has been reviewed and approved. The sum will appear in your account based on the time difference between your bank and payment service provider.
